SaMi is an AI assistant built into SimplyMobile CMMS. It works on the data you already have in the system and is configured for the specific processes in your plant — from calling the right people, through failure prediction, to supporting technicians and automating reports.

What SaMi is

SaMi is not yet another separate tool. It's an AI layer on top of SimplyMobile CMMS/MES: it uses work orders, requests, machine history and production data to advise, predict and automate. The same module handles different scenarios — you pick the ones you need.

SaMi use cases

Six ready use cases that we configure for your plant:

  • Call/paging system — automatically calls the right person according to a defined process and criteria, with escalation when no one responds.
  • Failure prediction (ML) — an extended machine-learning model catches early symptoms and predicts failures before they stop production.
  • Technician information support — the assistant answers questions at the machine and points to the right instructions and knowledge sources.
  • Worker safety — oversight of worker safety with alerts in risky situations.
  • Self-service spare-parts store — issuing and returning spare parts without a storekeeper, with stock and history control.
  • Reporting automation — reports and summaries are generated automatically from system data instead of manual collection.

The same assistant works in other areas, e.g. invoices: it answers questions ("summarize supplier X's invoices") and suggests posting and accounting automation.
