Data Deletion in the SimplyMobile CMMS System
Follow the steps below to delete your account and data from the SimplyMobile CMMS system.
Deleting Your Account and Data in the SimplyMobile CMMS Application
If you are a user of the SimplyMobile CMMS application and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Prepare the name of the application and the server address you are connecting to.
- Send the above information with the subject line “Data Deletion” to: rodo@simplymobile.pl
- Send a copy to the person in your company responsible for our application.
Once this process is completed, your account and related data, such as your name and surname, will be permanently removed from our database. Please note that after deletion, you will no longer be able to access your data in the SimplyMobile CMMS application.
Retained data: To ensure the continuity of our services, certain technical data and system logs may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion. These records are anonymized and do not contain any personal information.
